本書旨在介紹國美館的現在與未來，透過本書能理解國美館的教育、館藏、科技與願景等，帶領讀者走進國美，一覽國美風華。並有中、日、英、法四種語言，以供國美館外出參訪交流贈送。
窺見國美，以國美館建築外觀標誌性的立體窗戶為主軸設計封面，簍空部分看見臺灣畫家經典，翻開後更能看見畫作全貌，展現驚奇之感，由外而內窺見國美，從外觀到內部，自經典傳承至未來願景，帶領讀者領略國美館的風華。
The cover design centers on the iconic three-dimensional windows of the NTMoFA’s architectural exterior. Cut-out sections reveal glimpses of classic works by Taiwanese painters, and as readers turn the pages, the full artwork comes into view, evoking a sense of wonder. This design invites readers to experience the NTMoFA from the outside in—from its striking exterior to its rich interior—showcasing a journey from timeless classics to future aspirations, and guiding them through the elegance and legacy of the museum.
